Thanks racketman. My husband has the canon macro and I have to honestly say that it hunts more (if one is using autofocus...these weren't but sometimes I like the macro lenses for portraits) than the tamron. I like the saturation better too. On the other hand, I HATE the tamron's "clutch" mechanism for the AF/MF. Over all though, it's a pretty nice lens.

Wonderful series!!! I'd say that Tamron's a keeper ;) ;). However my guess is you could shoot any macro lens and do it justice..... Nice work.........Alex
