Full XMP and IPTC support, Metadata templates, synchronization to original files, Catalog sets which allowing you hierarchical keywording, and scripting that allows you an exit strategy should you decide to move your images to another management program. You can also catalog images that reside on offline storage. There is very tight integration with Photoshop and Bridge.
