Hi Guys

Im trryyyying to attach photo's in here of the latest wedding i did...even though im phasing them out, im still taking them on coz i am stoopid haha! (It's hard to say no especially to friends or friends or friends...or friends of friends of friends who's brother went to someone's wedding and i happened to be there) etc etc...so on and so forth....

So i'll try attaching these.......i had them in this format for another forum just to show the few i liked...so don't pick on me for the crappy way i put them together...lol

Overall very nice pics!

I would be careful with your selective coloring though. I appreciate selective coloring on certain of your images (the one with the old car is amazing!), but I find that it gives a "I-do-it-cauz-I-know-how-to-do-it" feeling to some other pics (e.g. the rings is my worst one, followed by the couple and the bouquet). The girls and their bouquets would pass IMHO.

Otherwise, I like most of the composition, the originality!

i do like your style, you do have definitive type of posing and capturing. The groups shots are formal but you have fun with the peeps. Good stuff :D

i agree they are a bit dark, due to my screen not being calibrated, but these were quick edits, i have to hook up my calibrated monitor to fix these ones up.
My bride for this one is a good friend of mine, she literally gave me photo's from mags and the net to do lol, i did SOME of them, but i noticed a pattern with them, she wanted selective colouring for a lot and she wanted this particular journalistic style, so i just accommodated to her "wants".
I have all originals if the selective colour is too OTT< personally i don't think it is, maybe the one with B&G and flowers is a bit too much, but to "me" the others are fine.

Nice photos Del, you've improved a lot.

As an aside, anywhere you post images that has your name or website link on it, you should only post finished images. Google will find them if people search, and I saw a post here recently where a customers relative commented on the photos a photographer posted.

Oh really i didn't know that? Luckily, Marie, the bride is totally OK with me posting her photo's anywhere, i did check with her as she used to work with me for a looong time so she does know almost everything about me and my photography haha - she gave me the OK to posting any images anywhere...but i will remember that for other people - some others are not so OK with these type of things hehe
