and a candid to show that all it takes to get on the right side of the fence is a big white lens;)

well not bad at all and given your slow SP to get the bg blure there very good indeed imho, the colors look nice and have good satuation too
as for advice id say have a big card and take lots of shots when doing this sort of shoot .

I really like the candid. It's scary how those guys handle their equipment... the lens is almost scraping the ground!

Where did you choose to shoot from, the stands and where else?

I've done a few trackdays there now, not seen those guys before with the big lenses...

5 & 6 were taken hanging over the pit wall.

All the rest were from the Grandstand.

tbh there pretty relaxed were you go the only place I've been stopped is on the Melbourne loop side of Goddards chicane (which is were those guys were heading)

I'll be there again on the 29th and hope to get some more shots inbetween driving stints.

I usually pan through Redgate, and hang over the pit wall lol - I might join you when you go next, I like to get up for a day to myself every now and then.
