What flashes Make a Flash!!!!

I want to start using lighting for portraits. I have only used a speedflash with bounce. What would you reccomend. I have heard rave reviews about the Alienbees 400 for digi use.

Alien Bees are decent flashes for the money, I have the AB800's, they have more than enough power for me.

Solid build and fast recycle time.... You get everything you need (cords, bulbs), you will need a stand, they sell them too. You may find a stand cheaper somewhere else tho...
