Greetings,

I recently got my Epson 2200 Photo Printer. I have a Canon 10D set to Adobe 1998 color space. I've set up PhotoShop CS to Use Adobe 1998 and have set the profile for proofing to the 2200 Premium Paper which is not quite right. The only ICC profiles I received were for the premium papers which I'll use going forward but I have a stock of the Glossy Photo Paper I'd like to use up. If someone has an ICC for this, I'd appreciate you posting it. Thanks!

Has a zip file with all of the profiles on it, remember the 2200 is a 2100 in Europe. I have had somewhat better results with your setup but allowing the printer to handle colour management. If I use the ICC profiles from Epson, the colours are good but the prints always come out darker than on screen by a stop or so. I have also had problems with glossy if you set the printer on high speed (bi-directional) and much prefer to use Prem Semi Gloss or Archival Matt.

I use the Epson 2200 and the ICC profiles from the install CD in the PIM folder. When printing, I set my Print source to Adobe RGB, my print output to the Epson ICC profile for the paper i'm using, and the Epson Printer Driver set to No Color Adjustment. My monitor is calibrated with Spyder/Optical. My prints are virtually identical to the monitor. That said, I tried to use Epson non-premium Glossy paper and got poor results letting the printer driver color manage. I don't think there is an ICC profile for the non premium paper. It is not reccommended for the 2200.

Thank you, I've found that using the Premium Glossy is working fine now. (Gave up on finding a profile for the non-premium) Next question, does anyone have a profile for enhanced mat using the Mat black? My cd didn't come with that ICC profile, just the one using the Photo black ink.
