WooHoo! I got the call today, I have an interview on Monday for a sale associate position. I am so excited! This is truly a great camera store, stock a lot of items, including the 1Ds. I want this job so bad. I am "friends" with one of the sales associates, he gave the manager a good word. The Store is Art's Cameras Plus, they have 3 locations in the Milwaukee area. The store I applied at also has a full service rental department. It is a top notch store, with all the top end gear. Here is there website if you want to check them out.

do you want to share your discount with fellow forum-ers? put me at the top of the list, if you do. Congrats on the job.. sometimes working for an accounting firm really makes me wish i had a job selling cameras (i can do a way better job at selling than auditing!)

pretty much only effects accessories. most stores are ~cost +10% employee discount, but on canon camera gear, the store is lucky to make 15% on it. so thats a whopping 5% off
