Help me please A20

I have a Digital Camera PowerShot A20, I have windows xp professional edition. But the camera is not working, any programs I put it on, says that the camera is not conected, and it is conected and swithed on. :(

Read the section "1.1.1. USB WIA Driver" and I think it will help you get the camera working.
