Overcoming 300D's flash output limitation

Hello,

I'm a current G3/380EX user and I'm thinking of
upgrading to a 300D -- but the limitation on variable
flash output on this model is a real deal breaker.

Has anyone found a way of overcoming this irksome
limitation?

Good news, you have TWO simple choices.
1) Purchase the 10D
2) Purchase a Flash with the 300D
