With only two exceptions, in my opinion, your several photos show that you have mastered the issue of "light".
Unfortunately, the second of the two links you provided is perhaps the worst of your samples with respect to composition (because of the tilt). However, I really like your #1 link - it is clearly the most beautiful of all the shots.

Thank you for your comments. Is the tilt the product of not being far enough away, or not a wide enough lens, or something PS can fix?

It is a simple case of not holding the lens level when shooting. If the lens is point up, above the horizon, then you get the converging verticals, also known as "Keystoning".
When you point the lens down (below the horizon), you get the same effect in reverse.
In PSCS the cropping tool also allows for perspective correction, which I have illustrated below.
