I'm looking for suggestion on what to do with this image.

I was sitting around playing with the macro function the other night and I took this close-up of some 'Maryland' quarters leaning against a wood frame.

I wish the quarter (2nd from left) was straight, but I'll change that when I try this shot again. I'll probably also try to use coins with less wear and tear. Any other suggestions as to how to imrove it. I don't know what my goal is, but the subject is the quarters themselves and I want the reflection on the table a little stronger if possible.

I'm not sure what the objective of this photo is, either... but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

A few suggestions pop into mind that might make a difference. First, if your point is to emphasize a Maryland quarter, why not line up quarters of different states and restrict DOF to only the Maryland one? (ie, the quarters from other states would be out of focus.) Another idea would be to line up more than four quarters and shoot down the row. Additionally, I might try experimenting with different backdrops to either emphasize the background (lighter, grainer wood) or de-emphasize the background (completely black), depending on your taste. Finally, I might try playing with lighting a bit to bring out the reflections.

It's an interesting project... keep us posted, please?
