Kayak pic too busy??

I took this thursday.. almost deleted it...
Is it too busy? any one suggest i keep it?

I know it is crooked, and it is an unprocessed RAW, so can be lighted too...

But the main gist of the pic... to busy?:confused:

IMO the white balance being off is the most important problem.

Not too busy... and the edit has made it much better... but I can't help thinking it would be more dramatic if you cropped it heavily to include just the kayaks and the seagull. There's just too much wasted space at present.
