A friend of mine wants to buy a rebel kit but it's not in stock on shops (for a reasonable price) in the Netherlands. It seems that the rebel without the 18-55 lens is better availible. So he's thinking of buying the rebel with a sigma 18-50 lens.
Does anyone know how these two lenses compare? Is one of them better? Are there any reviews? There's not much info about these lenses. A search for 18-50 on this forum gives no results for example (after this post at least once :) )
Any suggestions?
