Personally, I don't like the lamp post at the bottom right. I think it distracts the eye. I assume that you want the tower to be the area of focus. I would try a different angle and see if you could get a little more detail on the tower. Maybe a twilight shot would work best.

I agree with the last post. The subject of the tower would be a great image alone. If you removed the lamp post, I think you would have a great image.

I took a quick edit in photoshop. Removed the lamp and played with the exposure and curves.
I hope you like the adjustment

I think the shot would have been better when the sky would have been darker and the lamp post was way more out of focus or just not there.

Exposure is good, you certainly got the detail in the clock face.
I think it would have worked better if you had the full length of the tower/clock and the lamp post in view. | could then get the juxtaposition of the skinny lampost and the width of the tower. The lamps look a little out of focus also.
As an example, I did this in UK where I tried to get the skinny sign post and the Big Ben to do my version of the juxtapostion. I know there is loads wrong with it; ghosting of some tourists; verticals is off so need to straighten the tower; lampost not in line with left side of the tower and you can't see the sign post detail.
Which is why I'll go back with my new lens and try again to get it right ;-)
Happy shooting.

The lamps and the tower may both make a good picture, but imho they're not both in it.
