I have an S400...
It seems that most pictures that I take with people in it... They all seem to have "red eyes"...
Now I am using the redeye reduction option. Is there anything else I can do to reduce the "red eye affect? Or I'm I **** out of luck?
Hope someone can help me out!

Not SOL at all.
Take you shots so you are shooting up or shooting down or at a an angle from the side. Red eye is worst when light from the flash points directly into the pupils. If necessary, ask the people not to look directly at you.
Give it a try and see if that can work for you.

I would say that it's quite opposite.
Red eye reduction works ONLY if you shoot directly to a pupil and the person looks directly to the camera. Slite anle will add red eye for sure.
About this you will find clear recomendation in camera manual

Red eye effect has a greater chance of occuring when the subject is looking at the camera, but red-eye reduction schemes work best at reducing the eyes pupil size when the subject is looking at the camera (since the eye will react better to the light if it sees it directly.)
Best solution though is if you can, brighten the room, this will lower the need for flash output strength, close everyones eyes down (without blinding them momentarily).
Bumping up ISO also lowers the flash need, but introduces video noise (more noticable with smaller CCDs.)
