You'd have to buy it used. (unless someone has an old packaged copy on the shelves) but Adobe discontued it in August 2003.

I have a copy I don't use anymore.... I bought PS CS. I got it as a download from adobe. I'm not sure what it takes to sell it legally , but we could find out if you are interested. Let me know.
