I need help posting

Hi all I am new and can't seem to post can some one help. I am running on a mac if that makes any difference. Gail did tell me to paste my link but I am having trouble. Can someone break it down for me. Thanks

It was stated in your other thread that you have to upload your images ot a website and then link from there.
