I am having trouble downloading my pics from my SD100 to my computer. I lost my ZoomBrowser disc so I have to use Windows XP Camera/Scanner wizard and the problem is my pictures don't download in order. Does anyone know how I can A.) Get another copy of ZoomBrowser or B.) Download my pics using XP but in the correct order. Thanks.

As long as you live in the United States, you can purchase a replacement Canon Digital Camera Solution Disk CD-ROM directly from Canon USA Sales & Accessories by calling (800)828-4040 Mon-Fri 8am-10am and Sat 10am - 8pm Eastern Time (US$19.95). I'm not sure why Microsoft Scanner & Camera Wizard is downloading weird. It may be how you have the View - "Arrange Icons By" setting set... who knows?

As Johnny stated it appears that when you are using Windows XP utility to transfer the files from the SD100 to your computer, the computer is displaying the photo's in an order you don't like. In order to change this on the Windows Menu bar, select "View" --> "Arrange Icons", & select your choice of "Name", "Size", "Type" or "Date". Windows will default to auto-arrange, or can remember your last setting, or you can set it by using "Tools"-->"Folder Options"-->"View" & press "Like Current Folder"

If you want to change the actual order of the photo files that are transfered from the card in the camera to the computer, I believe you can do that by using Windows Explorer or "My Computer", then select the camera under the "Names", drill down to see your photos on the camera before transfering them to your computer. Follow the instructions above to sort the photos in the order you want (which is probably going to be either "Name" or "Date"). After doing that you can "drag & drop" your photo's to "My Pictures" folder or whichever folder on your computer that you want to transfer them to.
