Has anyone heard of "Flange Back" problems with a camera not focusing properly?

Back focusing I've heard of (where the camera/lens focuses behind the actual point of focus)

I believe this is a Video Camera adjustment not a still camera issue.

Optics is optics, whether it is a video or a stills camera.
It's more critical in a video camera because you can zoom in shot and want to hold focus.
The flange focus distance is the distance between the lens mount and the sensor.
For Canon EF mount it is 44.0 mm
That's why you send your lenses AND camera to service when you think something is wrong.
Your lenses could be find but if the camera flange depth is out, you can get soft images.

After 2 months of testing and phone calls back and forth to cannon I get this answer of maybe Flange back problems. Trying hard to get this resolved but Cannon is not budging.
