I'm from Australia, currently residing in Wilmington, North Carolina. I have an IXUS 60 which gets "Lens Error, please Restart Camera". I'm not sure what happened to it, but restarting doesnt do anything. I found one camera shop in this town who said it'd be cheaper to replace it. Does anyone know how I can get Canon or someone to look at it? I can't see this camera as an option on their support page. Does anyone know anyone in NC I can send it to???? I'm stuck!
This doesnt appear to be the E18 error, as the lens isnt stuck out or anything. It just looks like its turned off and is retracted.
