I am very intrigued by what others on this form have told me about the use of X's Drives. Has anyone had any negative experiences with them? Also, I am having a little trouble finding US online retailers who sell these drives. All that I seem to be able to find is dealers in the UK. Do any of you know of some reputable dealers who offer this drive at good prices? Thanks again for all of your help.

You can find them on ebay pretty readily. I had the same problem in finding a US Source until I serached ebay. I bought mine from www.insidecomputer.com in Southern California who were running auctions for them at the time. They were very easy and pleasant to deal with and threw in the travel charger for free. They also have many of the other storage devices available, including (news to me) the X-Drive Pro.

I think it was Computer Geeks where I purchased mine online a year ago. I also purchased the laptop-style hard disk at the same time. That was back when they were clearing out the X drive version 1.
