Let me know what you all think. I know it is probally choppy looking, but the wife probally wont care. She just loves the photos. I was going to print it out at 18x24 resized in PS.

I think she'll love it. ...but you're right, it is a little hard to look at/distracting. She will only see the love though :)

IMO too many squashed photo's. I don't have any suggestions to fix it though.

Did you use layer masks when putting this together ? If not, it would have helped a lot.

well, you can tell you messed with the photos getting them all to fit - you should only resize the photos using the CORNERS ONLY anything else will distort the photo. those are very noticeable.
however, let me tell you, the only she'll see is a montage of love. good job! great idea.

IMO there are too many photos. It also looks like you stretched some of the photos....take a look at my website and you will see some examples of different collages. I've got several in the sports section and quite a few that I do of musicians.
Less is more!
Here is an example of one...

I'm sure your wife will really like it......wives are little less pickey then us goofy photogs.
What I would do if I were you is pick some simple background and then simply reduce the number of pictures.
You can add a most effects using the drop shadow, stroke (white) and it will really enhance what you have done.
Good start.
