Do you have links to good tutorials on processing photos on Photoshop. I take photos as .RAW and convert them in Zoombrowser. Especially I'd like to learn to use USM.

Great tip! I would only add - make that a book.

I happened to start with Deke McClelland's "Photoshop Bible" - which is written more from a graphic artist's rather than photographer's viewpoint. A well-written PS guide needs to be at your side.

Many of the online tutorials are only mini-snapshots of a very complex world. You need some framework to understand and remember them.
