Hi,
What is the dumdest question that someone has asked you about your camera, either being a 10D, Drebel, 1Ds or a 1D, or in fact any DSLR camera that you have had or got.
I got my camera delived to work so the first people that I got to show it off to was my friends at work. the two that stick out in my mind are:
"how much digital zoom does it have"
"What is the video like on that thing"
I was kinda taken away with these questions :) with the first question I had a friend that explaned it, and with the 2nd question, some people gave me a look like I had been ripped off after spending alot of money.
anyone else got any interesting storys

Heh Heh :), but I DO have a camera like that. The Elan II, that is.
I was a little embarassed when somebody thought my S-400 was a cell-phone camera.

Not so much of a stupid question directly about the camera, but she asked, "You've got a big one. My husbands is much smaller than yours." And when everyone got off the floor, she then asked, "Can I hold it?"

Mine was along the lines of Jabaco. One of my neighbors saw my camera and Sig 70-200 2.8 with 2x TC on it and said "man that is huge, why would you want something so big". I just turned and said straight faced "you gals are always saying size matters..." she turned bright red, I turned and took the picture.
