Uploading Problem. Please help

I believe I have a path or ftp server problem. All the folders that need to be 777 are. Not sure what i need to do. Thank you.

I'd double check for typos and spelling mistakes in the paths

For example, my directory for those files is microthumbs (plural) and not microthumb
