SunPak 555 Flash Gun?

Does anyone know anthing about this particular flash gun? Will it work on the 300D? Any information would be helpfull. I have the opportunity to pick one up for Free :lol:

First of all, I assume that you did a Google search. That might open your eyes.

Second, it does not appear that it does E-TTL, so it is not an optimal choice for the Digital Rebel. How are you going to hook it up?

My understanding is that the 300D does not have a PC outlet for flash. The Sunpak 555 has a PC cord for connection. I do not think that it would have a hot shoe attachement for digital. 8)
