How do I include images in these postings? I looked in FAQ, it says that you cannot post images. I have seen images in some postings.
So, how do I do it?

Before you can post an image you need to have your image uploaded to a web hosting site. You won't be able to post an image if it resides on your hard drive.
Once you've uploaded the image to a web site, you can either just type in the URL of the image in the post so when people click on it they get your image. Or you can wrap the URL between and so that the image is displayed right on the post.

Well, actually you could post an image on your hard drive if you're running web services (e.g. IIS, Apache, etc...) on your computer.

Actually you probably couldn't since most ISPs block port 80 to keep folks from using their home machine as a server. Not to mention that most home based users have a dynamic IP.
In other words, although something may be "Possible", you may not "Actually" be able to do it.

Nope. If you click it you'll get to the page, though.
You'll need to use URL which ends in .jpg, not .html or .php. The one I posted seems to work ok (I got it by right-clicking and getting properties on your Fotki page).

Let's see if this works. If it does, I just learned somethig today!

Actually, setting up a web server from a computer with a dynamic IP is kind of easy. Check out DynDNS.org (http://www.dyndns.org/services/dyndns/). They provide a service to alias a dynamic IP to a static hostname. Basic service using one of their domains is free.
MacDevCenter (http://www.macdevcenter.com/pub/a/mac/2002/08/09/homemade_dotmac.html) has a great article on configuring a web server using a Mac running OSX.
