First of all, what do the majority recommend in terms of which parameter to shoot in ... 1 or RGB?

Secondly, for those that recommend RGB ... do you have any resources that illustrate the 'standard' necessary processing that needs to be done in Photoshop to get the photo up to scratch?

With the 10D I shoot RAW /small jpeg with the RGB color profile. From most of my studies the RGB file format is used for photo printing & the SRGB is used for web posting.
One of my resources post processing is Scott Kelby's book Photoshop for digital photographers, I have both versions 7 & CS alot of good info for PS use. I'm sure there is more material out here but right now this is my major resource.
