Found nice actions for borders.

I found this website (http://www.photoshop-action.no/bordergallery.htm)

It has very nice borders. Don't let it scare you that it says it works with photoshop 6&7. I downloaded and it works in CS2. A bit slow, but nice.

honestly, most of those are pretty awful looking.

I had downloaded some of these quite some time ago and had nothing but trouble with them. It assumes that you already have some predefined functions as actions that it is calling.

I've since dumped them but they may very well work for others.
