I know their are details somewhere on the forum, but could someone let me know why I need permission to post a reply or pic there?

Or post high quality portraits in the People section and use that as your resume for early entry.

The G&N section is the MOST viewed section at POTN. It takes a commitment to POTN (500 posts or more) to get a feel for how discussions should be held in the G&N site. They don't want anyone signing up today just so they can put up as their first post "Good God Almighty! Look at the rack on that one!" 500 posts is a good cooling down period to give people time to understand that we want to talk about the technical aspects of the photo and not the physical attributes (or lack thereof) of the models.

3 months and 500 posts, or special permission from a Mod, but that rarely happens.

Ok I was just going to state that i've seen some with less than 100 post replys and pics....but they must've have mods permission.

Ok i'm cool with that, i'll just enjoy the post and keep my comments to myself for another 199 post!

they only do it every few weeks, and usually only if you have something to share, not just respond too.
