Looking for a specific photo

Hi There...

I remember seeing on here a photo of a new york scene (i think) and you can zoom in so far you can see the people.

It's of a night scene.. .and was something ridiculous like 100 megapixels... something about layering?

I can't quite remember...

I hope you can help me out here!!
