The contest is closed and the voting is open, so this is your opportunity to best for the best photo that meets the theme.

The first rule of voting. Please please please leave a comment when you vote. This contest really comes alive when people just drop in,say hi and perhaps tell us why they voted for a particular photo. It makes the contest more fun and gives really great feedback for the photographers.

I noticed something with the last competition. The photo quality is obviously lower on the contest site as the photos submitted, and I feel that these photos arent represented as the photographer intended them to be. Not everyone is going to understand that without it being brought to their attention, so it makes the photographer look like they cant take good photos, and the general user here on the forum will vote accordingly.

Photos should be presented in the same quality they were submitted for a fair contest.

The Macaw is awesome - colors bright, plenty of interest in the details, crop is great. Love it.

I, too love the colors on the macaw. Color is what made me vote for #3 (the fisherman) and #8 (the little girl) as well. I love the expression on the chimp in number 14 (did he want to look at the LCD after he was photographed?) and the use of negative space in #15.

I need to really get of my tail and get some pics to submit to the next competition; I would have liked to have seen more submissions for this one. It is very educational to me see what others are doing and what they consider to be their best work.

Thanks for your votes of my maccaw. I wish we could have gotten more participation both through additional enteries and votes for this comp.

I didn't take him until the day before the last day of submission and figured "what the heck". Actually I am not even sure what "Freestyle" means.:confused:
