Lovely images and what a looker, nice. I must say though on my monitor they look a little washed out/over exposed but still very nice photos.

The foreground branch crossing the Shrikes tail is a little distracting and the images are a little on the light side but still a wonderful image of a very cool looking bird and nice colors and BG in the image as well.

Nice bird the Long Tail Shrike, and captured handsomely and as mentioned the foreground twig would probably best cloned out.
