Is there any free good program to do this, i had to take alot of photos at 1600 ISO the other night, and i have a batch of photos to get rid of noise on...

My batch program of choice is imagenomics noiseware. It's not free; but highly recommended if you do decide to go the $ route.
It has a plugin and standalone capable of batch processing. I did 500+ pix this morning that I shot Monday night at a rollerhockey game.

Better buy one soon then.:) I don't think there are any good (comparable to Noise Ninja, Neat Image, etc.) software versions out there that are free.

fine fine, i got noise ninja... now can anyone do a quick runthrough how to do this w/ batch on a whole bunch of pics...
also should i run it on the pics that dont look noisy too,, the ones in 800ISO?

No batch capabilities though; you have to do each pic manually

Unless they're large prints the noise probably won't be noticable in the images. Images printed at 6x4 look great from noisy ISO3200 shots. Try it and see.
