how can i callabrate the camera and computer to the same callabratio.
..what i see in the 10d review screen is about 2 stops under when i upload it to my computer.

You probably won't get it exact, and you may not want to. You'll do much better to have the computer as close to reality as possible (do a search on "monitor calibration"). You can adjust the screen brightness on your camera to get a little closer, but the review on the camera's LCD is primarily there to check for obvious bad shots. See page 143 of your manual.

You should never use your LCD image to judge exposure. It is always brighter. Set your camera to show the histogram when it displays the picture and use the histogram. Your monitor should be calibrated using Adobe Gamma or a hardware/software package like Colovision Spyder/Optical. You want your monitor to closely resemble your prints not your camera LCD.
