Another trip away first thing this morning. I didn't manage to leave as early as I liked so I was pleasantly surprised to still find mist on the Loch. The boathouse in the middle is probably one of the most photographed in Scotland;)

Gorgeous. I love the light mist that seperates reality from the reflection. The little building adds to the scene as well... and even though it is the most photographed in Scotland, seeing it is a first for me. ;)

Great shot, really brings back memories of the area as I used to live in Cuilvona for aobut 7 years. I think our Monkey Puzzle tree was one of the most photgraphed in the World.

Great place, with an infinite number of possible great photographs round the loch.

Excellent image.
Nice colours and that loch is just mirror perfect.
The mist adds that extra something to finish the image.

Bet it was a bit nippy this morning.

not too bad at all, forecasts were for -4c most I saw en route was -1c, when I got to Loch Ard it was a tropical 2c ;)

That is a wonderful picture, I love the mist on the lake and the excellent reflection of the forest and sky.

whereabouts is that?

Big hoose on the right just before the row of 5 boat houses. Assumed were local. There's a great shot from across the loch. Take the forest road Milton, turn right and left, there a wee forest carpark and it's about a 5 minute walk up the loch side.

Lovely Robert, and the mist and perfect reflection certainly make this a very fine photo.

Great image Robert, Exposure & Composition is spot on, the cloud effects are wonderful and the mist gives it that extra dimension. Good work:D

Just my usual, CP Polariser and 3 stop soft ND Grad:D
