Love the first one. Very delicate lighting and post-processing, well composed, no distractions.
With the second and third, the pregnancy aspect gets lost, as it appears simply to be a (fake?) flower on some body part, not obviously a late-term tummy. Good effort, but the first one is much better.

I agree the first one is fabulous! Well done!!
The second two appear very, very dark on my laptop monitor.

Three thumbs up on #1. The other two are thumbs downturned.

I prefer the concept of the middle shot best, but I feel it falls a little short of it's potential. It is true that the 'pregnant' is lost, so perhaps a little work could help the womb be more recognizable. Perhaps including the belly button, or the back could be enough...
I like it better as the shot is simple, and the rose could symbolize hope or love. All other elements are gone, leaving just mother, child and the 'offered' rose. The black background add to the simplicity.
The colours of the skin to the colours of the rose is nice blend. The black and white with coloured rose seem to put preference on the rose instead of the womb.
