This was more akin to shooting sports than it was to concert shooting.

Very nice shots. It looks like an enjoyable show.
Care to share more about the lens/settings used and the lighting conditions? You did a very good job outright, and great considering the light that was available.

It was one of those things that was actually quite brightly lit for the performers, then fell off into darkness-- I used center metering (no spot on the 20D :( ) at ISO1600 f/2.8. I used a 70-200 mostly at 200 but a few are a bit looser. I was just in the audience so I couldn't really move about to find a better combination of lighting. A fairly representative exif :
