This was taken whilst wandering around the amazing Jurong Bird Park in Singapore. I have no idea what bird this is, any ideas anyone?

20D, Canon 300mm f/4L IS with 430EX @ f/4, 1/40th, ISO 400 - Handheld.

No idea what it is but a very cool looking bird. Looks like it has similar color on the shoulders as compared to the indertail.
