I took this photo about 2 weeks ago, its a little cafe in the town's 'Abington Park' I was actually getting some shots of squirrels when I saw this scene and had to take it......feel free to comment.

It's a little too small to really be able to comment on much, but it looks like you caught a nice moment between friends (?) And the dog is in need of some weight watchers. ;)

What size should they be on here? When I upload it says there is a max of 100kb...and that is what the pictures are...

You can size them to a max of 800 pixels on the long side and 100kb. There are a variety of image resizing tools available. The other option is to host the image on another site and link to it. The shot you posted might be nice, but it is really too small to form much of an opinion.

If you link to a pic hosted elsewhere (I use my own web server) you can make it larger than 100k, but be aware that some people still have 56k dial-up connections.
I usually make mine about 150k using Photoshop CS2's 'save for web' option and at 640px wide, that seems to keep reasonable quality and still be fairly quick to download.

Many people get free web space via their broadband account and you can use that if you don't have server space otherwise. You then ftp the images to that space using an application such as SmartFTP, which is also free ;-) Then you place the image URL inbetween tages and it appears. I keep mine to 600px wide and around 180kb as some/many members don't have broadband or large screens.

I agree with previous posts, too small to really get a good feel BUT the scene / composition looks to capture the relaxed and quite atmosphere of friends enjoying each others company. Definitely increase size to 600 to 800px, it will help greatly.
