Hey folks, I've been lurking around the boards for a week or so trying to learn a thing or two (and being at least somewhat successful I believe). Now it's time to ask a quick question while I anxiously await the arrival of the D-Rebel I ordered a month ago. (!!??)
Does anyone have any experience with the RCA Lyra Audio/Video Jukebox? If so, what do you think of it?
For those who don't know, the Lyra A/V Jukebox is a 20GB portable HD with a color LCD screen that plays MP3s, DiVX movie files, and displays pictures. It also has a CF card reader built-in. It seems to me that this combination of features would be perfect for Canon D-SLR users, but I don't want to be the guinea pig if someone else has already had a bad experience with this product. ;-)
I appreciate ANY information you all have to offer. Hopefully I'll be able to repay the favor once I actually have a D-SLR to play with. Someone who lives near Cameratopia.com needs to run over and give them all a swift kick in the pants and tell them to put a rush on my order!
Guess it's time to polish up the lenses (again) so they'll be ready for the body. Keep up the good work, everyone!
