Some files missing in EE

I have EE 1.5 with the latest updates. My website statistics complain that following files are missing.

/gallery/graphs/a_spacer.gif
/gallery/input/graphs/x.gif

Is there some configuration error or is it error in install package?

I also have noticed at least the spacer gif mentioned as missing in my logs as well.
