I have been unable to post a second comment to a photo, having successfully posted a first. The $s_comment_submit_interval is set to the default 20 [seconds] in SETUP_settings.php and I have waited until after this time.
The problem may have something to do with the fact that I am working in a different time zone to my server, since this worked fine whilst testing locally offline?
