posting pics

I would like to post up a firework shot I took last night but I am having a problem in the download.I have tried to copy and paste.I have also tried to drag it into a message.
Is there an easy way to do this:confused:

ok heres how..
go to advanced mode...
scroll down to and click on manage attachments
at the top of thet pop up/screen click on browse (at the side of the upload from computer )
find the file you wish to upload
then click on upload
NB make sure the file is less than 100kb and no greater than 800 pix on the longest side
