Lowepro Commercial AW

I'm looking at buying this bag. I currently have the Slingshot 200, which rocks for the regular walk about. But I'm slowly starting to get more gear, and my slingshot is packed to the max (which I don't like).

My question is, on the lowpro site, it shows the bag being okay for carry-on luggage, but I looked at the specs of it, and that of regular airlines I use, and it seems bigger? Of course it can be squished a little, but I'd like to know if anyone has had any trouble taking it on-air with it being too big?

I saw the commcercial AW and its awesome. I opted for the Magnum AW tho. You should look into the Tenba PB-15C/17C...both are REALLY NICE!
