Macrolite MR24-EX vs MT-24EX

HI everybody
has anyone been using the 100 mm 2.8 USM Macro lens for macrophotography with the ring light MR 24EX or the twin light MT 24EX. any comparison between the two ?

I use that lens with the MR 24EX for intra-oral shots in my dental practice. It works incredibly well. I can at times look through the viewfinder and barely see a back molar I'm trying to capture. I snap the picture and an incredible picture shows up on the screen fully lit.

I think it basically depends if you want to have some sort of shadowing, or not. That is why you would pick one over the other.
