Any chance that you or someone has written a module that would allow customers to look at a gallery and choose a print size and email those requests to the photographer? Similar to Photoreflect.com minus the outrageous 18% commission of course.

Yes this has been in EE for a while, I call it "EE Commerce". You can do your own templates for forms you need to use.
