Tri Color Heron

Been awhile since I posted in this forum. Got this pretty little thing last month when I spent a few days down in Ft. Lauderdale. We went about 1/2 way across Alligator Alley stopping at all the recreation areas. This was the second tri color I saw and was really pleased it decided to pose, though I couldn't coax it to move its beak in front of the leaf:

30D 70-200 f/2.8 Sigma with 2x TC shot at 1/1600 sec; f/5.6; ISO 320 for high shutter speed to avoid camera shake; 400mm

This is a great head shot Becky of the Tri coloured Heron. The focus & exposure is just right showing up nice details. Nice one well done.
