Do any of you have any actions you use on a regular basis that you think others might find useful? I realize that many actions are very customized to individual workflows, but perhaps one of your actions could help someone build one of their own.
I'm in the process of developing a few of my own, so I'll be sharing them soon (assuming there is any interest).
Alternately, what actions would you like to see made available?
(Yeah, this is an odd topic. I just thought I'd mix it up in here a little.)

Before you start take a lok @ the following website http://share.studio.adobe.com/Default.asp
I've tried some of them & they do work.

I made a few very simple resizing, and sharpening actions that I use on a regular basis. Also a b/w conversion action that I also use regularly... although I almost always make other adjustments. I'll post them if anyone wants them.
The first action(s) (one for landscape, one for portrait... yes, I'm too lazy to just rotate the canvas) are as follows:
1 - USM @ 150%, 0.3, 0
2 - resize to 640x480 (or 480x640 for portrait)
3 - USM @ 150%, 0.3, 0
The b/w conversion is as follows:
1 - mode>lab color
2 - delete A channel
3 - delete B channel
4 - image>contrast>+3
5 - mode>grayscale
6 - mode>rgb
Probably pretty lame for most people, but they come in handy for my flow. If anyone wants them, let me know, and I'll upload them, and post a link.

Here is my first action set ready for public consumption:
http://megarant.no-ip.com/blog/archives/B&W.atn
It's a convert to B&W set. There are 4 actions in the set:
1) Plain B&W - the basic process, using Calculations
2) B&W + tight grain - #1 plus a fine pattern of grain
3) B&W pushed 1 stop - #1 with pumped up contrast and brightness
(the goal was to replicate "push" processing with B&W film)
4) B&W pusehd 2 stops - like #3, but more contrast and the addition of noticeable grain
I set this up in PS CS, but it should work with 7 and maybe 6. I also omitted blur from the actions, so you should not use sharpening when converting from RAW. If you use a JPEG workflow, you will want to add some blur, most likely. I think that makes sense.
Please offer criticism as I'd like to improve this set.
