PS CS is Photoshop CS (Photshop 8 ). It has a buit in Raw Converter.

For PS 7.0 you need to download the plug-in. It's like $99? I am not sure.

PS 7 does not have a RAW decoder built into it. You must pay $100.00 for the Adobe plugin or from what I hear Capture 1 is pretty good also. Have'nt tried it I went ahead and purchased CS & it does have the decoder built in.

You can't pay the $99.00 for the RAW plug in from Adobe,. they discontinued it when they released Photoshop CS :(

Thats ok. You could pay $99 for just the Raw converter or $169 for the whole upgrade. :idea:
